What about your guarantee?

We want you to purchase anything from us with confidence. You'll find our product descriptions are as complete as possible. We feel that the more you know about a product, the more likely you are to like it.

You have 7 days from the date of the invoice to decide if -

  • it is what you expected

  • it fits your needs

  • it is what you want


If, upon viewing an item, you're not happy, just return it to us in the condition you received it. Email us for a return authorization and shipping instructions. No explanation of why you are returning it is necessary, but we'd like to know if it's something on our part.

Send it prepaid, insured, in new, unused condition with its original parts, instructions, packaging, and your invoice (or a copy) within 7 days of the date on the original invoice. We will inspect it and if it is in resalable condition your purchase price will be promptly refunded (it may take a couple of days to show on your statement).

Items that do not meet these few conditions will be subject to a restocking fee or, at the Company's option, returned to you without a refund. Shipping costs on any package returned to you will be charged to your account.

 

Where will my order ship from an how long will it take?

We work with several suppliers around the country. We have them ship directly to you. We do this for two reasons - our suppliers generally get volume freight discounts that we don't and we can avoid the extra costs of shipping from them to us then us to you. That saves you money. Unless noted in the product description most stock items will ship within two to three business days. Custom crafted items can take longer. On rare occasion there may be a temporary out of stock situation. We will let you know so you can decide if you want to wait.


What about free freight?

Some products have a free delivery incentive, some others have a flat rate policy, and some you pay the freight. Let's face it, freight is a business expense and is always factored into the cost. Some of our manufacturers are incorporating freight into their costs so that will save you some money. In any case, free freight or flat rate shipping only apply to the continental US. Please see our policies page - ordering and shipping. 

 

How do you ship?

We pick the least expensive way for you. Usually that will be UPS or FedEx ground although you can select rush or priority if you wish. Large orders or heavy products may go common carrier. Our free shipping offer applies to the least expensive way.

 

Can I return custom made products?

Most of our suppliers will guarantee their quality and workmanship. If you had furniture custom made for your decor it may not be returnable for appearance. We work closely with our suppliers and have found them to be reasonable, but, if you ordered zebra stripes in pink and blue you're probably on your own.


Can you ship internationally?

Sorry, we are restricted to the continental United States.


What about custom colors and finishes for my cat furniture?

Items that can be customized are noted in the product description. Those items are usually made by craftsmen in smaller shops. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for those hand crafted items.
